Spent one night here in mid September and were generally pleased with the experience. Our room was fantastic (especially the bathroom) and the hotel had all the elements one expects in a spa town (pool, sauna, massage options, wellness treatments etc). We were particularly impressed with the breakfast (the best of the five hotels we stayed in) and the helpfulness of the staff. Our only complaint (and it is significant) is that to get to the lobby you had to carry your suitcase up a significant number of stairs. Having done that, we were then told our room was in another building, so we had to retrace our steps and then negotiate further stairs to get into the other building. Why on earth were there no ramps? Other than that, a nice experience in a great location.

We spend our summer holidays in the Villa Silva last year and the year before and it always was a great time. Everything is perfect there, the room, the swimming pool, the restaurant, the spa. The staff is great, the customers too. We hope that we can come back soon !
Huge hotel with pool and small gym included. Pool was saltwater, open until 22. There was spa available if you paid extra. The rooms were nice, lots of free samples of body lotion etc, free apples to eat, beds were comfortable. Free tea was served in the hallway. Lobby was very cozy. The restaurant was ok, it was a little too expensive but the food was tasty. Breakfast was good also. They had lots of ambient background music which was very calming and nice. Great experience overall.
